Started in 2015 by a few dedicated chefs with a passion for good food, Bondi Grill’e is the epitome of
relaxed, delicious, high quality eating. Originally from Brazil, the Bondi Grill’e boys have over 30
years of combined hospitality experience and have worked in some of the best restaurants and steak
houses in Australia and the world.

After 15 years of living and working all over Australia, Armando, Nicolas and Junior decided to make
the beautiful Gold Coast home and turn their life-long dream into a reality. The doors of Bondi Grill’e
Coolangatta were opened in 2015 and Bondi Grill'e ULUWATU-BALI in 2017 and revealed an intimate venue with a relaxed vibe and the
friendly, community atmosphere that the boys love so much.
