Started in 2015 by a few dedicated chefs with a passion for good food, Bondi Grill’e is the epitome of relaxed, delicious, high quality dining. Originally from Brazil, the Bondi Grill’e boys have over 30 years of combined hospitality experience and have worked in some of the best restaurants and steak houses in Australia and around the world.
After more than 15 years of living and working all over Australia, Armando, Nicolas and Junior decided to make the beautiful Gold Coast home and turn their life-long dream into a reality. The doors of Bondi Grill’e Coolangatta opened in 2015, Bondi Grill’e Uluwatu in 2017 and Bondi Grill’e Burleigh in 2018. Each location has a slightly different menu to suit all tastes but all have the same relaxed, friendly atmosphere and of course, those to-die-for ribs!
